[Bloat] Need more proposals for Linux Plumber's Conference!

It looks like we have a proposal from Tom Herbert:

But that doesn't look like enough to me!  If we don't get some more
proposals, this track will likely be cancelled.  Surely there are some
great minds on this list looking for a venue for their brilliance? :-)

There will be any number of "thought leaders" in the Linux community
present at this event.	This is a great chance to have an impact...
