This caught me out too while visiting a friend of mine, since I'd forced
my laptop to use ECN. I also use Virgin Media, but have one of the old
cable modems, connected to a Netgear WNR2000 (so no CeroWRT testing for
me yet). This setup works fine! The "Superhubs" started being rolled
out about a year ago, and for what it's worth, online discussions sound
pretty negative regardless. Despite the Virgin Superhubs being
rebranded Netgear equipment, they drop ECN packets.
I know the WNR2000 is Linux-powered, so maybe it's an issue with vxWorks
models?
