It gives my connection an "A" in both directions :)
Which would be incorrect as it is a definite "D" or worse.

But it is hosted in the UK, and uses a single stream, so it doesn't fill
the pipe.
If it can't fill an 8mbit connection it is going to be misleading  - unless
you are very close to them.
