[Bloat] audio latency on android

Not exactly related to bloat on networks, but as a reminder that
killing bloat elsewhere in the application stack *matters*.

I used to work on ardour and jackd, and linux realtime - where we were
able to get audio latencies down below 2.7ms for multitrack audio -
reliably - on multicores - with tons of extra processing going on.
