I am fond of the LinkChecker program that spiders a site and checks for broken links, questionable HTML, etc. It's at: http://wummel.github.io/linkchecker/ It has a GUI for Windows and Linux (sadly, the GUI doesn't build on OSX, but the CLI works) 

Fire off the CLI to get a CSV report (with ";" separators):

linkchecker http://bufferbloat.net > ~/bufferbloat-errs.csv -o csv
