I can make a start:

It was few men of industry,
	To learning much inclined,
Who sought to fix the Internet,
	(With market share in mind),
That evil of congestion,
	Might soon be left behind.

Definitely, the pipe-men say,
	A wider link we laud,
For congestion occurs only
	When bandwidth exceeds baud.
If only the reverse were true,
We would all live like lords.

[...]

And so these men of industry,
	Disputed loud and long,
Each in his own opinion,
	Exceeding stiff and strong,
Though each was partly in the right,
	Yet mostly in the wrong!

So, oft in technologic wars,
	The disputants, I ween,
Rail on in utter ignorance,
	Of what each other mean,
And prate about an Internet,
Not one of them has seen!

Let's see if I can fill in a few more stanzas...
