given the enormous number of interesting flent & linux commits in the
past month, I sure hope the sce team can present, but they are at the
end of a very long list of other participants, and I give a 50/50
chance of tail drop. Everybody that wants to can get caught up on the
current state of l4s though. Apparently Linux 3.19 is the reference
for their work to date.
