I think for the last bullet in the text below, maybe change or remove the comment completely concerning requesting a specific vendor version of the COMCAST XB6 device, as the particular linked document, quite clearly noted the following on Page 18 (just before next steps)
“All Comcast DOCSIS 3.1 RDK-B-based gateway models have now been updated with DOCSIS- PIE AQM59 and all are achieving dramatically improved working latency.”

Wait... what? Other vendors are providing SQM now? Cool!
How should we change the text on https://secure-web.cisco.com/17ZM6mUWyTGtM6W6dXJch5mpXfxAoz6xcZPXEzMBhosTE82sk1FcjnoVn8sQDIbqXhz-kbp7jXMTr5CJqrqFcJUW6fv56C0hLL2mYTBem0WCbWIyKx2Vbl54iNQLMjhsUajbEJYoX_FwEEOME1uEYDPWpV3Iv5QPGBKzieFMJYUrBcbIN23geFerv9GF9iU31Dtbk01Frbwff68UKfTGlHtAGwU5w9H2zjnstlUSCbGwnDQrfov71zbXWDqN4H2XqPBFMGiOvHFa-4wC2e-gJEW4KIT2blbuoViMM8Sk-fzHiH7D3ywfNxQ0zXG9Iz4m5pvfSIa5B_fuA7A9dfS7EUw/https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bufferbloat.net%2Fprojects%2Fbloat%2Fwiki%2FWhat_can_I_do_about_Bufferbloat%2F that says:
