[Bloat] In loving memory of Dave Täht <3

I am overwhelmed.

When I was a lone voice in the wilderness daunted by bufferbloat, Dave, an
acquaintance from handheld.org days, came to my aid,
and continued the quest to improve the Internet in my absence.

As a colleague he will be sorely missed.

As a valued friend, I will grieve his absence.

I had so looked forward to enjoying future rocket events with him, and
seeing humanity expand into the solar system.
