Ha!  I tell porkie pies.  It *does* appear in
https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/uci/network *but* as 'tos'.  DSCP doesn't
appear so I didn't find/go looking for it there.

So I'll edit that page to at least mention DSCP and I'll also see if I
can figure out where to set a default of 'inherit'.
