[Cake] Pre-print of Cake paper available

I just forwarded a link to my Canadian relatives who are involved in a rural community ISP.  Lots of microwave links in the sub-Gbps category, I understand.  Will be interesting to hear what they think, and whether they find Cake (or something like it) useful in practice.
