Hey, daniel, nice to see you here!

It is looking more and more feasible to put a fq_codel enabled inbound
shaper into ebpf, with the flow dissector idea discussed here, and the
new fifo queue map type arriving elsewhere.

Certainly inbound shaping has been our biggest PITA. It's totally
unclear to me, however, at this point,
if that  new queue type can be offloaded into hardware?
