<p dir="ltr">Seems to have plenty of memory free, so it's not actually the swapper. It could be that's just the default PID used when there isn't a result identifiable process to finger.</p>
<p dir="ltr">So instead we might be looking at too much time spent in interrupt state. That's always fun to diagnose.</p>
