  Added ping optimisation via first class function

I keep forgetting I have these at my disposal in lua

pingopt = function(bla)

So if you set PINGOPT in the environment we will optimize for ping
(which is useful for testing)

Kind of need to add ping6 to the filters as well

  Add pingopt optimization back into the qfq model

This will toss ping when PINGOPT is set into the 'DEFAULTB'

It's a good test to see if stuff is working...
