This is a whole bunch of tests I ran of bql-14
Regrettably, I have to throw out all the results due to
issues exposed later with both iperf and fping.

A whole bunch of qfq tests against the bql-15 kernel on x86.
The only thing worth preserving of these is ping loss.

10ms interval fping data
I had been attempting to simulate what a 10ms rtp stream would look like.
So I ran fpings of 220 bytes over a 10ms interval while loading
up the system.
fping, nor ping, allow you to go at intervals of less than 20ms
as a normal user. Secondly, systems contain optimizations for ping
and what I need to find is something that tests an actual rtp
stream (or streams). I came up with a good one - using the
linux audio system to play back a sound file over rtp, which in addition
to being useful, gives me some music to listen to, AND immediate
feedback as to whether something is working well or not.
This also lets me fiddle with multicast again.
This commit is useful mainly for some improvements in how I
constructed cdf plots in gnuplot.
