  Log Message:
  -----------
Added lisp and lig support to ceropackages

LISP is not the language, but locator/ID separation for routing
ipv4 and ipv6 that various vendors have adopted and in places like
facebook, deployed.

Lig is a tool that can be used to query the LISP mapping database.

Package development courtesy of the ever-prolific Stephen Walker.
