lighttpd is flaky on reading the ssl enable stuff
if you enable it inside the :81 declaration and the ::81
declaration, it only picks it up on the ::81. If you
enable it globally it only enables it on :81. If
you enable it globally :81 gets it and enable it
privately on ::81 it gets it
