I've spent this week finding ways to do that, humanely.

There are still a few more puppies in here I can propose shooting,
but I'm going to go mourn the ones I shot first over some beer
for a while.

My principal goal in this massacre is to get to where we have something
that works *well* for fixing bufferbloat, and can be got out the door
under highly reduced engineering effort, in the next quarter.
