[Cerowrt-devel] bufferbloat and the web service providers

I just saw another of Oatmeal's comics (

and
it hit me.
He's a swell guy, his comics are brilliant, insightful and influential (you
know he raised about a million bucks to buy ground on which Nicola Tesla's
used to have his lab?).
Maybe we could have a word with him and ask to kindly come up with another,
fantastic, comic about bufferbloat?
