While I have builds of cerowrt with codel in it...

the code is still in flux and I'm still in a massively losing battle
with the unrelated bug #379.

That said, if you are into doing builds on your own hardware, or on
your desktops/servers,
do give it a shot, there are patches on the codel mailing list. More
eyeballs is always good.
