FWIW this would have been a better link as it can be wget'd without
having to review the page first in a browser.

As simple as the above may be it's one of the more tangible assets
of the bufferbloat movement because I can *easily* deploy it to
various boxes and see/feel if there is any difference.

Worked on an Archlinux laptop after I installed iproute2 and ethertool.
