[Cerowrt-devel] Polipo

I enabled the Polipo proxy for my IOS6 devices a few months back, but
had to disable it because it broke several flavors of video streaming
(Youtube's app, Netflix, etc).  

Which is really a shame, because it sped up web browsing on those
devices quite a bit.
