Is this over a 25/5 Internet connection? Because I wouldn't imagine that 
you would get any significant buffering on the wifi with that kind of 
Internet access speed. I regularily get hundreds of megabit/s over 
802.11ac wifi.

Also, I guess this is WRT1900ACv1? Running what OS?
