I should point out that the author has responded to me on some of my bug 
reports that its not been completely updated to correctly compute the 
channel utilization when 802.11n is in use.  Sometimes you will get 
percentages that don't add up to 100%.  But it's still great for getting 
a good feel of what's going on.

The author is busy and email responses sometime have a few days of lag 
but he has always responded and been very helpful.
