[Cerowrt-devel] bufferbloat website weirdly broken in america at least

If you go (from my location) to any sublink of the website, it returns
you to the root. I'm kind of hoping it's a
 cloudflare cache bug, local only to me? It works correctly on a
server in england, but not on two
clients I tried in america.
