Hi All,

Since Fall of 2022, I have followed this group via this account (my
Georgetown account: l.harriman at georgetown.edu). This semester, I am
embedding at Public Knowledge as a Fellow, and I am working with
colleagues here to respond to the FCC's further notice of proposed
rulemaking regarding facilitating equal access to broadband internet
access service by preventing digital discrimination of access.

My colleagues at Public Knowledge agree with me that, with regards to
rural and tribal broadband access, our purpose should be to amplify
voices already existing in those spaces. If you are such a voice or
would be able to connect me with such voices, would you be so kind as
to respond to this inquiry?

Thank you in advance.

Best,

L Harriman (she/her)
