[Make-wifi-fast] Testers wanted for airtime fairness scheduler rework

We just bought 30 development boards from 8Devices, 20 of them are
ath9 based and 10 of them are ath10 based.

It will take few weeks until we setup our small testing lab but after
that me and my team are willing and able to do all sorts of tests.
