[Make-wifi-fast] Testers wanted for airtime fairness scheduler rework

Hello.

For this moment we make our OpenWrt powered Wi-Fi mesh solution.
Looks like UNBT devices with ath9k from the latest Feb commits are
working normally.
We have some UBNT UniFi devices in our lab and can make additional tests.
