Iperf 2.0.14 --trip-times

Hi,
Some might find the new --trip-times option in iperf 2.0.14 useful. It
uses little's
law <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little%27s_law> to compute the effective
end/end queue size. The calculation is the queue size = send rate *
write2read latency. It's under the inP column. Note that the client and
server clocks must be synchronized for this option to work.
