[Make-wifi-fast] Upcoming WiFi standard to set per-flow DSCP values?

During a discussion on netdev[0], an upcoming WiFi standard that will
allow the AP to inform the clients about which DSCP values to set for
particular flows was mentioned as a use case. Anyone knows anything more
about this?
