[NNagain] the real rural internet providers

Probably the biggest conference the ISPs that serve rural America have
is wispamerica, which is this year march 4-7 in Oklahoma City.

I would urge those raised in Washington, filled with angst by
academics, and/or fed by the fiber lobby, to perhaps check it out.
What I like most about this crowd is their can-do spirit. They have
their own issues with the middle mile, and paperwork, that I wish more
heard.

There is another good one in august, called "Mountain Connect".
