[Starlink] Starlink "beam spread"

In general I have been assuming that the starlink mac layer was
"switched", didn't resemble ethernet much, and can run any protocol on
top. there's a lot of conceptions for this, but my
principal thought is that it looks like this:

dst, src, otherminimalstuff, encrypted payload..

the link to the sat itself is public key encrypted, as well as each
packet payload between dishy and ground.
