Actually it's pretty much a non-question, since nobody with a global
network would even consider doing "a /64 shared among customers".

There's no benefit in doing this, and the amount of obvious reasons to
*not* do this are more than I want to type right now.  Like, ND traffic,
global routing, RTTs, ...
