[Starlink] SpaceX Unveils Sleeker, More Resilient Starlink Terminal for the Connected Explorer

It's not surprising that they would do away with the motors. Satellite 
density has now increased in most places to a level where there is 
sufficient capacity in sight no matter which way Dishy points. At least 
where we are at 37S, you can try this out at home even with the older 
ones - power up, let Dishy orientate itself, and then rotate it away 
from its self-adjusted direction. It's not going to re-orientate. That 
said, pointing Dishy at where you'd expect most capacity to sit would 
still give you better performance.
