[Starlink] Starlink subscriber numbers in NZ

This puts the number of subscribers to 37k this year, and 12k a year 
earlier. That almost seems like an underestimate given that a rural 
branch of their (then) only retailer here (Noel Leeming) told me Easter 
2023 that they had 500 units on back order for that branch alone. 
Bunnings (a big box DIY retailer) sells the v4 dishys by the pallet load 
now (seen in Auckland the other week), however unsurprisingly in a 
fibre-rich area, they seemed to be somewhat slow-moving.
