Our very own Jason Livinggood, Nick Feamster, & Mike Conlow are doing
what looks to be an entertaining session called "Ditch the glitch".
And here I am with an almost published rant on the side-effects of
slow start verses LibreQos...

There are keynotes from Carr, and a couple other FCC commissioners. It
looks like it will be a fun day.
