Sorry for the wide distribution but I made a few modifications to iperf 2
to better align with the new Ookla Speed test and Apple RPM test. I've
added options for the congestion or working load traffic being up, down or
full duplex. The working load will always be set to BE.

I also added a response per minute metric to better align with Apple's
metric units of RPM.

Example output where one can see VI does provide a slighter higher RPM is
below. This is a same stack test from a wired 10G lan port of a WiFi AP to
a WiFi STA.

Note: this is only in the 2-8-1-rc branch

master after a bit more testing.

LTE tether over wifi over my phone. Others are welcome to bang on this

the -t option, but "up" doesn't obey that... both does..

I confirm the -t bug is fixed.

It's also terrible of me to request, but symbolic names help. (is this
shifted left 2?) There's a dscp to value lookup table I put into
netperf years ago here, you can just rip:

this is a both test over tethered lte.  Are you rounding off stuff tho?

Cool, I'll add symbolic names per the code sample. Use -fb for formatting
without rounding or human units.  Otherwise it defaults to adaptive units
for human readability.
