There is still time to do this :-) I think https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-hain-ipv6-geo-addr-02 is still a good idea, and I'd still like to do SHIM6. I also think that it would actually benefit Starlink and OneWeb, given inter-satellite communications.
