Subject: [Starlink] Starlink Universal Power Supply

The new device should join the Starlink family - Starlink Universal
Power Supply. The new power supply supports multiple power inputs (AC,
DC, and battery) and powers the Starlink and the router (probably).
It is built on a powerful STM32H5 MCU and connected to the Starlink
terminal via Ethernet. It provides telemetry and receives firmware updates.
There are also some hardware security features.
Extensive telemetry includes voltages, currents, moisture detection, and
diagnostics (like fuse state).
It's unclear whether this device includes batteries or whether there
will be one more battery-based device. But there will be a
battery-powered solution for Starlink. Current Dish firmware already
includes battery monitoring protocol.
All of the above information is not accurate and is subject to change.
In Ukraine, we have had similar products for some time now. Without
smart controllers, of course.
Also, many people worldwide are experimenting with their own power
supply systems. SpaceX is trying to catch up with the market and occupy
a niche.
