Given that there are hundreds of NZ Defence Force licences on the 
register and publicly visible, I'd doubt that SpaceX would be afforded 
redaction here. The licences were there until not too long ago. Ku and 
Ka band use including frequencies are well known, and the teleport 
locations are also well known.

Project Kuiper has a couple of licences for the Warkworth teleport.
