This paper among others is being presented aug 22.

Remote attendance at this sigcomm is $350.
There are a few other papers of note, in particular I have higher hopes for
"Cebinae: scalable in-network fairness augmentation" which starts off
with cites of a lot of papers I found influential (like them or
no)....
and google finally documenting how they've been using the ipv6
flowheader intelligently with
"PLB (Protective Load Balancing)"
