I stopped doing active measurements of starlink, 4 months ago, whilst
I was away in nicaragua,
and only started again this morning, with the tcp_nup, rrul, and
tcp_ndown series.

I had also turned off one of my most hit flent servers last week as I
had ended up with a 150 dollar bandwidth surcharge from someone using
it too much. My apologies to whoever was overusing
fremont.starlink.taht.net.

Has anyone been testing multi-station wifi behaviors in particular?
(rtt_fair test)
