I am glad that the scheduler patent came out, as my original
conclusion that "cake on the dishy" still holds, I think, and even at
their current 35+ms RTTs, gamers could have a pretty solid gaming
experience, especially if they can cut that pesky 40ms handover switch
out.

But I was wrong on several points, and I am still thinking about it.
Mark Handley hasn't said much in public, since. I figure he went under
NDA.
