As burned out as I am on bufferbloat, jonathan is all over it and
planning an article on hackaday.

We ended up rapping on metric names, and "IQI" popped out. Also talked
about starlink, apple and speedtest.net's
differing interpretations of "responsiveness" and on other words...
DTN and the bundle protocol and internets beyond planetary scale came
up...  the spaceship one launches, and the waddington effect.
