I am thinking about this issue and I appreciate your input:

In Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTNs), such as LEO satellite constellations,
"dual mobility" (moving users and moving satellites) creates extreme
challenges for timing synchronization due to Doppler compensation and
rapidly changing topologies.  How we can deal with this issue?
