netflix now has open connect appliances insides starlink pop. why
don't they do some starlink-specific optimization to serve starlink
users better (e.g., the 15-second handover)?

Hi folks,

Yesterday I was on UA flight, DTW-ORD, with Starlink service.  I managed to run a Cloudflare Speed Test and a LibreQoS Bufferbloat test, 

I have not looked at them in any detail, but here they are.

http://unitedstarlinktracker.com for starlink-equipped united
