we have been measuring starlink performance including latency around
the world for a long time (e.g., http://tinyurl.com/leosatnet) and
continued doing so (http://oac.uvic.ca/cccleo) with the dave taht
memorial coast-to-coast-to-coast leo-sat-net testbed thanks to our
remote hosts around the world and encouragement from the community.
