Well, so cheap to deploy, that it wasn't done when Starlink started and it
was their grave mistake, fixed only in the spring of 2024.

Absolutely, there is a LOT of tech to get right, big wins on many levels,
and yet - you might get everything right, but you will suffer from
bufferbloat.
