nice discussion. just as any global infrastructure, it requires global
collaboration and cooperation, industry and academia, and everyone can
contribute based on where they are as well

All: you can see and play with about 80 ripe atlas probes behind
starlink in about 20 countries http://tinyurl.com/starlinkatlas and
better if you can host a software/hardware probe too. if you can run a
few scripts behind your starlink dish
