Given cero bug #379 it seems like I need to get
a couple of these to truly debug it.

I'd had something similar in France but it was serial only
and I gave it to someone that needed it.
Just in case anyone else needs to interface to 3.3v serial ttl logic,
or jtag, or whatever, it looks useful
